- The biannual Blacks in Boston Conference
- Establishing and supporting awards for our graduating majors and minors
- Providing financial support for majors and minors who have unpaid summer internships with community organizations
- Providing financial support for majors and minors who are taking summer courses abroad
- Supporting AADS-initiated and sponsored service/immersion trips
