What We Offer: We partner with leaders and teams to support:

  • Team retreats and development
  • Strategic planning and alignment
  • Team diagnostics Leadership coaching and learning
  • Customized facilitation and workshops

We take a collaborative, developmental approach tailored to your unique context, focusing on building clarity, capability, and connection - not just delivering one-time services.

What to Expect (Our engagement process):

Initial Meeting (30–60 min)

We’ll use this time to understand your goals and context, assess needs, review relevant data, and clarify objectives in order to begin co-creating a path forward.

Follow-Up

After our meeting, we’ll confirm next steps, including scope, timeline, and how we’ll partner together.

Co-Creation of Design

We’ll agree on a timeline to share a draft engagement design, then work closely with you to refine and finalize the content, flow, and structure. We aim to co-create the experience, ensuring it reflects your unique goals, team culture, and voice.

Measurement Plan

From the start, we’ll identify how to measure the impact of our work together. This may include a custom survey, self-assessment, or feedback process. We often co-develop these tools with you, especially when deeper engagement or organizational learning is a goal.

Execution

We’ll facilitate or deliver the agreed-upon support, whether it’s a retreat, learning experience, or team workshop.

Post-Engagement Reflection

After the engagement, we’ll provide survey results and session materials, along with a debrief to reflect on outcomes and explore how to carry the work forward.

Before We Meet, Please Reflect on the Following:

You don’t need to send us written responses - we’ll talk through these together. But reflecting on them beforehand can help us start strong:

  • What prompted you to reach out now?
  • What’s working well in your area?
  • What obstacles or difficulties are you facing?
  • What skills or knowledge would help your team grow?

If you’d like to explore your team's overall health or needs in a broader way, you’re invited to review our Organizational Fitness Reflection Tool.

It’s a short, self-guided resource designed to help leaders reflect across areas like:

  • Strategic clarity
  • Communication and trust
  • Decision-making and accountability
  • Role clarity and alignment
