Profile

Jonathan Beebe has been a member of the Carroll School of Management faculty since 2016, teaching courses on operations and supply chain management, predictive analytics, and coding. Before coming to BC, Jonathan was a doctoral student and taught courses in Operations and Technology Management at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.  His research focus was on service operations, more broadly, with a particular focus on healthcare service quality.

Jonathan spent more than a decade in industry as a Senior Analyst at CVS Caremark, working first in Operations Management and then Strategic Product Development. During his time there, he worked on several key pharmacy initiatives, including programs designed to improve health outcomes for patients living with chronic conditions. For this work at CVS Caremark, Jonathan was awarded an Unsung Hero Award in 2007 and the Excellence in Retail Pharmacy Award in 2008 and 2009. Prior to his work in industry, Jonathan also worked for 6 years at the University of Chicago Center for Teaching and Learning, where he helped create teaching workshops and seminars for graduate students and faculty.
