Bryce McLaughlin is an assistant professor in the Business Analytics Department at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Prior to Boston College, McLaughlin worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Wharton Healthcare Analytics Lab and earned his Ph.D. with the Operations, Information & Technology group at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. His research applies tools from game theory, causal inference, behavioral economics, optimization, and machine learning to design data-driven approaches to high-stakes decisions in fields such as medicine, criminal justice, and social services. He grew up in the Greater Boston area.
