Schedule of Events

4:50 p.m.: Young Catholic Leader Participant Check-in (245 Beacon St., Room 107)

5 p.m.–6:30 p.m.: Speaker Presentation and Breakout Groups (245 Beacon St., Room 107 and classrooms)

6:35 p.m.: Participant Departure / Pick-Up

Your Young Catholic Leaders folder with the materials you received from the first session.

Dress Code

Appropriate casual attire (jeans, t-shirt)

Arrival Details

Please plan to arrive no later than 4:50 p.m. for check-in.

Parking: If you are planning to park on campus, there is $14 paid parking available in the Beacon Garage (map to the Beacon Garage) or the Commonwealth Avenue Garage (map to the Commonwealth Avenue Garage). If paid parking is an obstacle for your attendance, please email church21@bc.edu. For ADA-accessible parking, please contact us at church21@bc.edu. 

Drop Off

If you will be dropped off at the Boston College Campus, the drop-off zone is the McGuinn Entrance outside 245 Beacon on the map below:

We will have staff at these locations to welcome and direct participants to the session at 245 Beacon.

Departure Details

Sessions will end by 6:30 p.m. and students are free to depart at 6:35 p.m.

Pickup Policy

To ensure the safety of all participants, PARENTS / GUARDIANS must email us at church21@bc.edu if their student will be taking public transit, using a rideshare service (like Uber and Lyft), carpooling with another participant, or walking home. We will stay with all students until they are picked up after each session, and we must receive written confirmation if they will not be picked up by a parent/guardian. Thank you for understanding!
