Biography
Jules Waclawik serves as Concert Manager at Boston College, with a professional background centered on event operations, production management, and technical systems in the arts and higher educational settings. Prior to joining Boston College, she worked at WBUR, part of Boston University, as Operations and Technology Manager, overseeing technical workflows and operational support for live events at CitySpace. Prior to that she worked at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she earned a master’s degree in project management. Earlier in her career, she spent five years as Production Manager of the Music Department at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum while also teaching piano lessons through her private studio. She holds an undergraduate degree in technical theater from Northeastern University, bringing a strong foundation in technical coordination, operational planning, and live event production.
