Profile

Professor Conzon's research explores the relationship between employees’ autonomy with organizational goals, and how this relates to diversity and (in)equality. Empirically, her work often focuses on employee control of work time and tasks, and how this intersects with gender and social class. Professor Conzon primarily uses qualitative methods—particularly ethnography—and she incorporates quantitative methods into her field studies.
