These two-hour visits include an information session and student-led campus tour. The information session features authentic conversation with current students.
The people of Boston College are at the heart of the experience here, and students guide our campus visits. The core of our Eagle Eye Campus Visit is a candid conversation with current students—an opportunity to ask them about classes, housing, Boston, service learning, and more. And our Eagle for a Day visits allow you to experience firsthand a day in the life of a student.
Due to ongoing concerns regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), admission information sessions, campus tours, and events have been suspended for the spring semester. We apologize for this inconvenience, as we had been looking forward to engaging with students this spring.
We encourage students and families to visit campus when programming resumes, which we anticipate will begin on June 10. We invite students to register for summer programming below. Should the suspension of admission events continue past June 10, prospective students will be notified as soon as that information is available. Please join our mailing list to be notified of any updates.
More information about COVID-19 and University guidelines are available at bc.edu/coronavirus.

Already participated in an Eagle Eye Campus Visit? Get an even closer look at what it’s like to be a Boston College student with our interactive Eagle for a Day program. You’ll spend your day with a BC student host, accompanying them to class, lunch, and elsewhere around campus. We match you with student hosts based on your interests and goals.
Groups of college-bound high school students or members of college access/readiness organizations are welcome to learn more about Boston College by registering for one of our student-led information sessions and tours. Group visits for 10 or more are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the academic year and summer. Appointments are required and should be made at least two weeks in advance.
Due to our large visitor volume, we only accommodate groups consisting of high school sophomores, juniors, and/or seniors. This is also due to our desire not to contribute to the college admission frenzy, which can occur when introducing students to the college admission process at such an early age. It is our belief that the best way to prepare elementary and middle-school students for college is to assist them in building a solid academic foundation.
If there isn’t an appointment that fits your group’s availability, we welcome groups to do a self-guided walking tour of campus on a time and day that best fits your schedule.
We know that visiting multiple colleges all day builds an appetite. We welcome groups to eat in our dining halls; however, we do not provide meal vouchers or subsidized lunch for visitors. Groups are welcome to purchase meals out of pocket (cash, credit, and debit accepted). If you are interested in eating on our campus, please indicate this on your visit request form and dining services details will be provided to you in your visit confirmation email.
Throughout the year, members of the Office of Undergraduate Admission will travel around the world to share information and insights about Boston College with prospective students and their families. Visit BC Near You to see where we will be traveling this fall.
We are excited to have you join us this summer as campus reopens for visits from prospective students. The Summer Student Admission Program is a dedicated staff of 25 current Boston College students working here this summer. They will be the face of BC for Summer 2021 during Eagle Eye Campus Visits and the first people you see as you arrive to the Admission Office. Feel free to learn more about our wonderful ambassadors below.
BC dining services has 10 locations and a variety of options.
