The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires the annual disclosure of certain crime statistics as well as institutional policies regarding campus security. In addition, disclosure of fire safety information and annual fire statistics for on-campus residence halls is required under the Higher Education Opportunity Act. Boston College, in compliance with these laws, is providing the following information to all enrolled students and current employees.
