Lai Wei's research focuses on retail management. The problems that she studies are mostly motivated by emerging retail practice and customer behavior. Specifically, she has worked on the following topics: (1) omni-channel and e-commerce logistics, (2) inventory management, and (3) product strategy and pricing analytics.
