The Promise and Challenge of Mixed Income Housing

Featuring voices from housing developers, residents, policymakers, and scholars, it brings to life stories from Boston, Wilmington, Chicago, St. Louis, and beyond — asking not just what mixed-income housing has accomplished, but what more it must do.
