Apply

The application will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and will require demographic information, a resume, and a response to a creative prompt.

If you need help creating, updating, or revising your resume, please feel free to work with the Career Center.

If you have a medical need requiring a housing accomodation, please register and submit your request with Disability Services as soon as possible in order to ensure timely processing of requests. Requests for accomodations will have no bearing on hiring decisions.

Interview

Becoming an RA is a competitive process. All candidates will receive an initial 30-minute interview. A smaller number of candidates will receive a second, 30-minute interview. We encourage applicants to speak with a Resident Director or Resident Assistant about the process.
