CSC Laundry
All residential areas have their own laundry facilities, equipped with modern, efficient washers and dryers. All machines can be paid for with a swipe of your Eagle-One card. Students can add Eagle Bucks to their card through the Agora Portal. The cost of laundry is $2.00 per load to wash and $2.00 per load to dry. You can pay for all machines with a swipe of your Eagle-One card (ID). You can add Eagle Bucks to your card through Agora.
Please be considerate when using the Laundry Facilities in the residence halls by promptly removing clothing from the machines and folding counters.
Laundry rooms are routinely monitored, and clothing left in rooms will be removed and discarded.
Thank you for your cooperation and consideration of other users.
To report a problem with one of the washers or dryers, please submit a request to our facilities work request center.
With Laundry View, you can monitor the status of the washers and dryers in your building without having to leave your room!
All of the washers currently in place are highly efficient machines that use less water and need much less detergent than suggested by the detergent manufacturers. Please follow the instructions carefully, and be mindful to use only 2 tablespoons of detergent per load. Using too much detergent destroys both the clothing and the machines.
- Add detergent to the detergent drawer, or toss a laundry pod in with your clothing.
- Load washer (do not overload: leave about five inches of space at the top of the machine)
- Select your cycle
- Swipe or tap the card reader on the machine with the CSCPay App, credit card, or campus card and press start.
When using the dryers, ensure the following:
- Clean the lint screen for maximum air flow
- Select temperature
- Select cycle
- Swipe or tap the card reader on the machine with the CSCPay App, credit card, or campus card and press start
(Hint: 1 wash load = 1 dry load)
How to Pay for Laundry
Load Laundry: Place laundry into the machine and select cycle
Make a Payment: Use the CSCPay Mobile app, campus card, or credit card. Scan, tap or insert your payment and follow the instructions on the card reader display
Start the Machine: If you used the CSCPay Mobile app to pay, you may opt to receive a notification when your laundry cycle is complete.
For added convenience, students can use the CSC Go Mobile app to manage laundry right from their phone. The app allows you to pay for laundry, check the availability and status of machines, and request refunds all in one place.
