The CFC serves as a “one-stop shop” for the financial and administrative needs of centers and institutes. The CFC’s responsibilities include:
- Providing centers and institutes with solutions to their creative operations while adhering to BC’s financial and compliance guidelines
 - Providing day-to-day financial and human resource support
 - Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs of the centers and institutes; creating key performance metrics and planning documents for senior management and senior administration
 - Planning and organizing events for the various centers and institutes
 - Creating and implementing all web, marketing, communications, and public affairs efforts
 - Providing operational and financial oversight of the University Recharge Center
