The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy is hosting a panel discussion on Friday, November 2 from 4- 5:30pm in the East Wing 120 titled "Criminal Conviction: Disenfranchisement and Other Challenges to Democracy”.
Panelists include: Cassandra Bensahih, Coordinator, Massachusetts Against Solitary Confinement; Member, Post-Incarcerated Community John Carella, Staff Attorney, Voting Rights, Southern Coalition for Social Justice Professor Gabriel “Jack” Chin, University of California Davis School of Law Margaret Love, Law Office of Margaret Love. Where do I go when I arrive?
When you arrive on campus, please come to the Registration & Hospitality area in Stuart Hall.
What should I wear?
Most people wear cocktail attire for the Reunion dinner at the Ritz Carlton. All other events are business casual.
What if I decide at the last minute to attend an event?
We recommend advance registration for all our events to ensure that we have properly planned for space, food and beverages. If you would like to register after online registration has closed, please contact us at 617-552-2696 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration at the door is possible at the walk-in registration rate.
How do I get in touch with someone in my class? Can I see who else is attending Alumni Weekend?
We hope that you will reach out to your classmates to encourage them to attend Reunion with you! You can contact your classmates through BC LawNet, which offers an online alumni directory and a list of all attendees for any reunion event.
Will transportation be provided to off-campus reunion events?
We will not have a shuttle service available. However, the events downtown are only a short train or cab ride away from campus.
Where can I park when I’m attending the reunion?
For on-campus events, parking is available in any white-lined space on the Newton and Brighton Campuses. There will be signs directing you as you enter campus.
Whom should I contact if I have a disability or special needs?
Please explain any special needs you may have in the space allotted on your registration page. You may also contact 617-552-2696 or email@example.com with additional questions or concerns.
I pre-registered, but now I cannot attend. Am I eligible for a refund?
We regret that event registrations are non-refundable.
How do I add events or guests to my registration once it has been submitted?
You may add to your registration at any time before the registration deadline by clicking the link in your confirmation email or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the deadline, please email us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Will I receive event admission tickets?
No tickets will be issued for any event. You simply need to arrive at the events for which you preregistered and check in with staff at the registration table.
What accommodations are available for those attending Reunions?
We have several hotel blocks reserved at a discounted rate in Boston. Please see the hotel information tab or your reunion brochure.
