Keith and Anne Wargo

Keith is a 25 year veteran of Wall Street who has built numerous businesses and led and executed well over $100 billion in transactions for clients in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, as well as equity and debt financings. Keith spent the first eleven years of his career as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs and Co., working with clients across Consumer, Industrials, Technology and Financial Institutions. In 2004, he joined Deutsche Bank where he spent over 10 years building and growing the Consumer, Retail and Services business to a top 5 position on Wall Street. In his time at Deutsche, Keith led the firm’s roles in 8 of the 10 largest LBOs in retail and restaurants. Late last year, Keith joined Mizuho as the Co-Head of Corporate and Investment Banking where he is responsible for the firm’s Consumer, Industrial, Healthcare, Real Estate, Financial Institutions and Financial Sponsors businesses. Keith has also been committed to recruiting Boston College students to Wall Street for over 20 years and has been involved in bringing over 45 former BC students to Wall Street into their first jobs out of school. Keith graduated from Boston College in 1990 with a BS in Finance and Operations Management and later earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Ann Wargo

Anne has spent all of her career finding ways to support people in being the best they can be so that they and their organizations can succeed in reaching their goals. With over 25 years experience in Leadership Development, Organization Strategy and Culture Change, Anne's work spans a wide range of business disciplines, including strategy formulation/implementation, organization design, executive team coaching, leadership development, executive team alignment, performance measurement, project management and development/delivery of learning solutions across a range of industries. Anne’s individual executive coaching practice supports senior professional men and women in managing and integrating the demands of their work and life, finding confidence to stand up for what they need to succeed in their roles, defining and honing their Personal Brand and more. After fifteen years at IBM, Anne founded her own consulting practice, Anne Wargo Consulting, and supports not only for profit enterprises, but also offers coaching and training for local Women’s volunteer organizations as well as local high schools and colleges as they prepare young women for the next phase of their lives.

Trish Walker

President of Services , Best Buy Co., Inc.

Trish Walker is the president of services for Best Buy Co., Inc. In this role, she oversees all services in stores, online and in customers’ homes. That includes the Geek Squad, a national tech-support organization with more than 20,000 agents dedicated to helping customers learn about and enjoy their technology, as well as the company’s service plan portfolio and customer care.

Before joining Best Buy in April 2016, Trish spent 27 years at Accenture, most recently serving as senior managing director and North America retail practice lead. Prior to leading the retail practice, she held numerous leadership positions in Accenture’s retail practice, including marketing, operations, SAP and change management. She has worked with many leading retailers over the years, including Nordstrom, CVS, L.L. Bean, Macy’s and The Limited. She also led Accenture’s work on the Best Buy account for several years, during which she worked closely with Geek Squad.

Trish holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Boston College. She is a founding contributor of the Accenture Professorship at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

Jacqui Canney

Jacqui Canney is executive vice president of the Global People Division for Walmart Inc. She is responsible for attracting, retaining and developing talent within the nation's largest private workforce. Jacqui joined Walmart in 2015 after more than 25 years of experience in global human resources. She has the unique role of engaging more than 2 million associates globally. She’s focused on making Walmart the best place to work and shop through delivering an experience that gives associates access to the best technology, training and education opportunities. She’s modernizing the company’s total rewards and performance programs, and is also driving Walmart’s inclusive culture through the work done by Walmart’s Global Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Office.

Prior to joining Walmart, Jacqui led the strategy and implementation of programs at Accenture to attract talent, and transformed its workforce to strengthen business capabilities and industry focus. Jacqui holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College.


Janet Wang

Janet Wang is a managing director at Oaktree Capital Management a leading global alternative investment management firm with expertise in credit strategies. Prior to joining Oaktree, she worked for ABN Amro Asia as a research assistant, covering the building materials and airline sectors. Prior to that, she worked for Evergreen Funds in the Institutional Services Department where she served as an institutional services representative.

Janet holds a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from Boston College and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Columbia Business School. She is fluent in Mandarin.
