Hon. Paul D. Wilson is an associate justice of the Middlesex Superior Court in Massachusetts. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Deval Patrick in 2012. Wilson filled the vacancy created by the retirement of Wendie I. Gershengorn (Ret).
Prior to joining the bench, Wilson was a senior partner at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where he was a member of the firm’s litigation section. As such, he specialized in civil litigation pertaining to the real estate industry. He joined the firm in 1982 after completing a clerkship for the Hon. Orinda Evans with the United States District Court for the Northeastern District of Georgia. Wilson also served as a member of the governing body of the American Bar Association’s Section of State and Local Government Law.
