Lawrence Gennari

Profile

A veteran of one of Boston's largest law firms, Lawrence Gennari co-founded Gennari Aronson LLP, to serve innovative companies, entrepreneurs and the investors and venture capital firms that finance them.  A corporate and securities lawyer, Mr. Gennari counsels entrepreneurs and public and private companies on a wide variety of issues including business and tax planning, financing strategy, acquisitions, strategic partnerships and management buyouts. Previously, Gennari taught corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions and he now teaches one of the Law School's newest clinical courses, Project Entrepreneur, a student-led, hands-on legal and business fundamentals "bootcamp" for client/entrepreneurs with criminal records, most of whom previously were incarcerated.  Mr. Gennari received a B.S. in Accounting from North Adams State College (summa cum laude) and a J.D. from the College of William and Mary, where he served as editor-in-chief of the William & Mary Law Review.
