Office Assistants: This student staff member will staff Residential Life's central-office front desk and assist in administrative and task-oriented functions such as filing paperwork, data entry, answering phones, and taking messages. Applicants should have relevant customer service experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable with multi-tasking, managing multiple phones, phone lines, and one-time or ongoing projects.
Resident Director Office Assistant: This student staff member will work with the Resident Director office and assist in administrative and task-oriented functions such as filing paperwork, data entry, creation and posting of promotional material, and taking messages.
Facilities Crew: This position will involve, but is not limited to, taking inventory, assessing and repairing furnishings, moving heavy furniture and supplies, delivering furniture orders, and organizing large quantities of stock. Heavy lifting is a constant daily routine requiring the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
