Reserve a Space
To begin, consider which rooms are suitable for the type of event you would like to host by using our Explore Venues feature. To check availability, you can view the calendars by room type below. To reserve a space, click on the Event Space Reservation Portal button to the right.
PLEASE NOTE: Event space may be reserved up to six months in advance (e.g. a reservation made on April 1 can be made up to and including October 1).
Based on your needs and the needs of the BC Community, Event Management reserves the liberty of relocating your event to a more appropriate venue.

We are committed to providing a safe environment to all of our guests during the increased uncertainty that COVID-19 is causing all around us. With that in mind, events booked through December 31, 2020 are considered “tentative” and subject to change in order to adhere to health and safety procedures from government and university officials. We will do our best to keep you informed so that you can manage your upcoming event with as little stress as possible.
As we continue to monitor the evolving situation, we encourage faculty, staff, and students host virtual meetings whenever possible as available space on campus will likely be reduced in the near-term.

Venue Reservation Calendars
(Note: Departments on campus will be charged for the use of Event Management conference and function rooms, but will not be charged for any classroom or auditorium space on campus. Student events will not incur rental charges for any spaces on campus. Any reservations over the lunch hour will be charged as full-day reservations. Total event time includes the setup and cleanup time for the event.)
Cancellations
Event cancellations must be made in writing by emailing Event Management as soon as possible. For room cancellations within 10 business days prior to the event, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the room rental cost will be due. For catering cancellations within 3 business days prior to the event, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the estimated charges will be due.
