In their most recent edition, PreLaw/National Jurist Magazines gave Boston College Law School the #5 ranking in their "Best Value" private law schools list. This follows the School's #2 overall ranking for "Top 10 Law Schools Where You Can Pay Off Your Debt," another best value list published by US News and World Report in May 2019.
PreLaw also awarded the School A- grades for criminal law, business law, and tax.
