BC Law professor and Supreme Court expert Kent Greenfield appeared live on Channel 7 news during the Kavanaugh-Ford hearing on September 27. Greenfield also spoke to the Boston Globe, saying "The allegations are alive. And they don’t go away because he is subject to impeachment. The mere fact that he’s on the bench does not protect him. . . . It could be years down the road. Or someone else comes forward after he’s on the bench."
