Beverly Moran

Profile

Beverly Moran is a visiting faculty member at BC Law and a professor emerita at Vanderbilt Law School. Previously, she served as the director of Vanderbilt Law’s LL.M. and Social Justice programs and as the first director of the Vanderbilt University Center for the Americas. Moran has also taught as a visiting professor at the University of Colorado, University of Asmara, University of Kentucky, Michigan State University, People's University of China, Peking University, and University of Giessen.

Moran is an expert in tax law, agency law, and partnerships. Her work has been published in The Oxford Handbook of Legal Studies, SMU Law Review, Journal of Law and Religion, and Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law among others. She has served on the executive committee of the Association of American Law Schools, the board of governors of the Society of American Law Teachers, and the American Bar Association Initiative on the Middle East and North Africa.
