JD Program

An Exclusive Group. An Enriching Experience.

Our JD program is prestigious and cutting edge, combining traditional methods with experiential learning to graduate practice-ready lawyers.

Admission is selective: We seek to ensure our students are good for our community—students who enhance society while gaining experiences that will enable them to excel.

Our Admissions Committee takes into account many criteria, including:

  • GPAs
  • LSAT scores
  • Application essays
  • Work, leadership, and extracurricular experiences
  • Interests, motivations, and aspirations

Ultimately, we approach admissions holistically, examining the entirety of prospective students’ potential and experiences—including any extenuating circumstances.

3+3 Programs: Accelerate Your Degree

BC Law currently offers "3+3" or accelerated degree program partnerships with the Boston College Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences and with Scranton University. These programs allow applicants who meet certain criteria to spend their undergraduate senior year as a first-year student at BC Law, which means they can earn their undergraduate and law degrees in six years instead of seven--and save a year of tuition costs.
