Hannah Vail

Biography

Hannah Vail is an Assistant Attorney General for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. As a member of the Trial Division, she represents the Commonwealth, Commonwealth agencies, and Commonwealth employees in state and federal court. She has handled a wide range of civil litigation cases, through all phases of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals. Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office, Vail practiced at a large Boston law firm and clerked for the Honorable John Englander of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
