Marissa Lalli is a partner in the Litigation Department at WilmerHale, an international law firm. Lalli’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigations and complex commercial disputes. She has extensive experience handling all phases of civil litigation and regularly represents top technology companies at trials closely watched by national and legal media outlets. In 2022, Lalli was seconded to the IP Litigation Group at Apple Inc. where she managed numerous litigations worldwide. In 2016, Lalli served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. During that period, she tried more than a dozen criminal cases to judges and juries. Prior to joining WilmerHale, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Columbia College and Georgetown University Law Center.
