Visiting Assistant Professor
Jordan Engelhart teaches the Community Enterprise Clinic at Boston College Law School, where he guides students in representing small businesses and non-profit organizations. Himself a veteran of the clinic from his time as a student, Engelhart has served as adjunct faculty with the clinic as well as teaching an experiential learning class on negotiation.
Previously, Engelhart founded and ran the Community Enterprise Project at MetroWest Legal Services. The unique program offered pro-bono legal representation to underserved individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations, with the goal of fostering community development both economically and socially.
Engelhart’s practice experience is primarily in the areas of corporate and non-profit law, with an emphasis on representing clients either pro-bono or on a sliding scale.
