Mental Health Awareness Week

Center for Student Wellness and campus partners are sponsoring Mental Health Awareness week, a week of programming dedicated to fostering dialogue around mental health and suicide prevention on campus, with particular emphasis on highlighting self-care and healthy practices. 

Monday, May 1

Songs and Stories | 7:00-9:00 p.m. | Hillside Cafe

Join the Center for Student Wellness and Undergraduate Government of Boston College (UGBC)  for a kick-off event and celebration featuring student stories & performances, food & drink, raffles, and live music by nationally touring indie-rock duo, The Talbott Brothers.

Tuesday, May 2

Join Campus partners including Boston College EMS, Wellness Coaches, Entrepreneurs for Social Impact, Mindfulness Club, Project Sunshine, and UGBC for activities and conversations.

Wednesday, May 3

Mental Health is Health | 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | O'Neill Plaza

Join Campus partners including Active Minds, Career Center Peer Coaches, Coalition for Christian Outreach, FACES, Psi Chi, SAAC, WOmen's Center, and Women's Club Rugby for activities and conversations around cultivating healthy mental health practices.
