Career Exploration Coach
Charlotte joined the team in January 2020 and serves as an exploration career coach. Prior to arriving at Boston College, Charlotte gained experience at Merrimack College as a career advisor to undeclared students and then later for health science students. Before entering higher education, Charlotte worked in fundraising and communications for primarily animal welfare organizations. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University with a minor in Swahili and a Master of Education from Merrimack College focusing on Higher Education. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family including Zoey the Akita and Ned the orange cat, hiking the Middlesex Fells, puzzles, and reading. She volunteers for Somerville Families Together to help first-generation students with the college application process and also serves on the Board of Directors for Dandelion Montessori School.
Charlotte enjoys building relationships and helping students do so as well. She is motivated by the opportunity to create an exponential positive impact in society by supporting students in their journey to create meaningful lives.

Coach and connect them
Make meaning for self and world
Charlotte is grateful for the support she had in creating a rewarding career and strives to play that role for current students. By coaching students to discover and articulate their values, skills, and interests, she helps them move forward in developing careers that are both meaningful to students and have a positive impact on society. She promotes a curious mindset for students and encourages them to be lifelong explorers and relationship builders.
