Children are placed according to teachers' assessment of the child's developmental level and not necessarily chronological age. Our blended age groups allow for varying rates of development and learning from peers. Each group has a homeroom and two assigned teachers. BC work-study students, Early Childhood Education pre-practicum students, and other students provide extra one-on-one interactions.
