Discover Your Purpose

The Career Center has seven career clusters to support the diverse interests of Boston College students. Our career exploration cluster will help you discover how your skills, interests, and values fit with potential career options. Once you have narrowed down your interests, our six industry-focused clusters will help you prepare for a career in your field of interest.

Find Your Cluster

A career cluster is a grouping of industries based on common features. Each cluster will provide you with a community of like-minded peers as well as specialized coaching, services, and resources to support you on your journey. Familiarize yourself with each career cluster and pay attention to industries that are interesting to you. Join the clusters that are interesting to you. There may be more than one, and that is ok!
