Preparing for the Journey

This program focuses on career and networking skills and is offered to female undergraduates of Boston College. Each program features the opportunity for students to discuss and network with talented and accomplished alumnae who share their stories and experiences. These alumnae also offer students their expertise on interviewing, networking and intern opportunities.

Alumnae Journey Programs

These programs feature thought-provoking speakers, panel discussions and networking opportunities with distinguished Boston College alumnae. Topics covered include building your resume, moving forward in your career, career transitions, and work/life balance. Journey programs are held on the Boston College campus and throughout numerous cities across the country.

Refining the Journey

These programs explore the many life experiences facing women.Distinguished speakers, faculty and accomplished alumnae discuss self discovery and engagement with meaning and purpose. Topics include spirituality, volunteerism, care giving, and lifelong learning and education.

Museum Evenings

The Council holds private exhibition tours and receptions at the McMullen Museum of Art for alumnae of Boston College.

Geographic Journey Programs

Throughout the year, various events are planned across the country to foster alumnae engagement and increase the awareness of the CWBC and its programs.

Women's Athletic Events

In an attempt to raise the profile of the extremely competitive and successful women's athletic program at Boston College, the Council sponsors games and meet and greet opportunities with players and coaches throughout the academic year.
