Upon completing Launch, you will be able to:

1. Connect your skills, interests, and values to specific opportunities of interest.

2. Articulate your experiences, skills, interests, and values through application materials, such as resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and personal statements.

3. Explain how your experiences, skills, interests, and values relate to opportunities through networking conversations and/or interviews.

4. Create a plan to develop skills and competencies required for a particular field of interest.

5. Outline a plan of action for your search process.

  • How Launch works:

You simply enroll in Launch at the beginning of the semester in which you would like to start and you have a full calendar year to complete the in-person and online activities. You can move at your own pace throughout the year to complete the seven steps. While it is recommended you go in order, you can complete the series in a different order as needed.
