Schedule Interviews with Eagles
Our Campus Recruiting Program offers employers the opportunity to schedule interviews with Boston College students. Campus interviews provide increased visibility of your organization, scheduling expertise from our team, and on-site facilities with complimentary refreshments.

Types of Interview Schedules:
- Preselect: We will collect resumes and manage your campus interview schedule. You will preselect primary and alternate candidates and make interview decisions one week prior to the campus interview date. We encourage employers to select 6-8 alternate candidates for each interview schedule to ensure that all interview time slots will be filled.
- Room Only: We will provide you with a campus room to meet with candidates you have selected and scheduled for interviews.
- Open: We will provide you with a campus room to meet with interested qualified candidates. Candidates will sign-up for a timeslot on a first-come-first-served basis.

We request a minimum of two weeks following a career fair in order to allow sufficient time to receive and review applications and preselect interview candidates.
NOTE: For employers wishing to interview candidates the day following their attendance at a Career & Internship Fair, employers must schedule those interviews directly with candidates outside of Handshake. In this instance, select “Room Only” when requesting an on-campus interview schedule.
A typical interview schedule is comprised of twelve 30 minute interview time blocks. The schedule spans from 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with two 15 minute breaks and a one-hour lunch break from 12:15-1:15 p.m. Adjustments can be made upon request.
The typical interview duration is 30 minutes. However, we can accommodate 45, 60, or 90 minutes.

Employers may request and/or require a cover letter, unofficial transcript, or other documents such as references or an application form. Indicate these requirements on the form when posting your job description(s).
