The Symphonic Band, affectionately known as SymBa, is open to musicians from the entire Boston College community, including students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members.
SymBa performs a range of exciting wind literature and large-scale orchestral transcriptions. The ensemble performs four concerts a year, including a Christmas program and a summer program at the Hatch Memorial Shell on Boston's Charles River Esplanade. The ensemble rehearses on Mondays from 7:00 to 9:15 p.m.
