COVID-19 Testing

All new hires should report to the Margot Connell Recreation Center located on Main Campus for COVID-19 testing. If your first day of work is on a Monday, we encourage you to get tested on this day, but no later than the first week of work. The testing site is open for walk-ins every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am - 3:30pm (doors close at 3:30pm). You can park in front of the Recreation Center and enter through the main entrance door on the left, following signs for COVID-19 Testing/Mac Court. You do not need to wait in line to enter (the line to enter the gym can be quite long and is not the same entrance as the testing). Be ready to present your Employee ID and BC Email.

FAQ

All University students, staff, and faculty (and their spouses, if desired) are issued Eagle One Cards through the Office of Student Services. Proof of identification such as a driver's license or passport must be presented in order to be issued an Eagle One Card. A New employee may obtain their Eagle ID in Lyons Hall one to two days after they have completed their new hire paperwork with HR Service Center.
