This form is created to organize and streamline the process of hiring student employees by insuring that all necessary information is complete at the time of submission. For BC Students, it is essential that the student has been to Student Services to complete his employment information prior to submitting the new hire form. For Non-BC Students, it is necessary that the unit manager have all required paper forms in-hand and ready to send to HR before submitting the new hire form.
