Since its inception in 2005, the Center has conducted major research studies; published hundreds of journal articles, reports, issues briefs, policy briefs, and fact sheets; and developed rich databases and tools for workplaces and other stakeholder groups to advance the thought leadership around issues of aging and work.

The Center is conducting several studies about the health, mental health, and quality of life of the aging workforce in the U.S. and around the world.
