Profs. Sönmez and Ünver to Speak at Covid Conference

A web-based conference on "How to Equitably Allocate Covid-19 Vaccines and Reduce Disparities" on December 4th and 9th will highlight the need to ensure that disadvantaged groups in the population should be given priority in any rationing scheme: "A major theme in emerging policy guidance is that vaccines should be allocated in ways that reduce inequities." Tayfun Sonmez and Utku Unver are among those speaking at the event, which is co-hosted by BC, MIT, Penn, Harvard Chan School, Brigham and Women's Hospital and Ariadne Labs.
