Goals
The Women's Collaborative of Boston College strives to:
help women working at Boston College to connect, communicate, and succeed through networking, training, and recognizing members’ professional accomplishments;
promote mutual understanding around women's advancement in the workplace;
strengthen connections through allyship with other Boston College affinity groups in the spirit of shared experiences to become a more inclusive community; and
cultivate a campus culture that is sensitive to issues important to women through advocacy and representation in the workforce.
