The tradition of Christian pilgrimage is long and rich, but also controversial. Drawing on the presenter's most recent book, The Pilgrim Paradigm: Faith in Motion (Paulist Press, 2021), this presentation reflects on the phenomenon of pilgrimage and its theological significance, exploring the dynamic tensions at work— such as transformation, alterity, and interiority—within the journey.
