Presenters: Daniel Harrington, S.J., STM professor of New Testament, Christopher Matthews, STM associate research professor of New Testament, Thomas Stegman, S.J., STM associate professor of New Testament, and Celia Sirois, adjunct professor of Sacred Scripture for the Master of Arts in Ministry program, St. John’s Seminary.  Moderated by Jane E. Regan, STM associate professor of theology and religious education.

The Gospels are filled with stories of people encountering Jesus.  In these encounters, Jesus became identified and known in different ways, and those who came in contact with him were transformed in that meeting.  Panelists name each Evangelist’s view of who Jesus is, and what that means for disciples and would-be disciples today.

Cosponsored by the School of Theology and Ministry and The Church in the 21st Century Center.
