Age Diversity in the Workplace

Jie Yang, PhD Candidate at the Boston College School of Social Work (SSW), spoke earlier this week at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston about her recently accepted paper titled "Age Diversity in the Workplace: The Effect of Relational Age within Supervisor-Employee Dyads on Employees’ Work Engagement."

This paper is co-authored with Dr. Christina Matz-Costa, assistant professor at SSW, and member of the leadership team of the Center on Aging & Work.
