Jonathan Rosenthal

Assistant Director, Career Education

Jonathan oversees the Healthcare and Nursing career cluster. His responsibilities include individual and group job readiness career coaching to students and alumni, organizing career development related workshops and programming for Healthcare and Nursing interested students, and building relationships with campus partners and employers.  Before joining the Career Center team, Jonathan spent 15 ½ years at the Boston Private Industry Council (PIC), the city's workforce board and school-to-career intermediary. During his time at the PIC, Jonathan helped Boston Public High School students secure jobs and internships across the city, including at many major healthcare employers and community health centers. In addition, Jonathan serves as the Group Fitness Manager and Lead Boxing Trainer at Lynx Fitness Club, located at Boston Park Plaza Hotel.  Jonathan graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Legal Studies and a minor in Education and holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Northeastern University.  Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, their two boys, and their Boston Terrier, Sonny.

Fun Fact:

Jonathan had perfect attendance in middle and high school and is an undefeated amateur Golden Gloves Boxing champion.
