Frances Adjorlolo
Associate Director, Employer Engagement
Frances leads the employer engagement team within the Career Center, working to provide strategic leadership and develop strong partnerships across industry areas to support students’ pursuit of lives of meaning and impact. Before joining the Career Center, Frances worked in employer engagement and career advising at both Wellesley College and Indiana University. Frances graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in psychology, and she received her master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington. Outside of work, Frances enjoys completing crossword puzzles, going for early morning jogs, participating in book clubs, and wandering around Boston.
