Our Services

Athletic facilities

Boston College has many sports facilities that can be reserved along with multiple recreation centers available for use by summer programs.

Chapels

Boston College has four chapels on campus that can be reserved if available, including Trinity Chapel with seating for over 400 people.

Coverage of the Chorale and Symphony Orchestra Christmas concert at Trinity Chapel on the Newton Campus. This marks the 25th anniversary of John Finney leading the Chorale.

Classrooms and Auditoriums

All of our classrooms have built in state of the art audio visual equipment. If needed, technicians can be hired to provide audio/visual assistance. Boston College has two theaters, each seating over 400 people and many auditoriums seating more than 100 people.

Dining

Our award-winning dining services will design menu options to fit a variety of tastes. Choose from catered meals delivered to most locations across campus by Heights Catering or flexible meal plans in our dining halls.

Function Spaces

Private function space is available across campus for various size groups. These rooms can be reconfigured to different set-ups to fit your needs.

Housing

Boston College offers summer housing options at both our main Chestnut Hill campus and Newton campus both conveniently located just minutes from downtown Boston and close to public transportation.   Housing options range from single occupancy rooms to suite-style units.  Air conditioning is available on the Chestnut Hill campus.

Transportation and Parking

Transportation between campuses and to MBTA stations as well as on-campus parking is available upon request. Live tracking of shuttles location is available.

Security

24-hour security –all campus buildings are accessible using individual identity cards. Boston College has its own Police Department and Emergency Management Department. Safety is always the number one priority at Boston College.

Summer Conference Welcome Center

One centralized location for registration and any other needs while on campus, staffed by friendly Boston College students. If necessary satellite registration and help desk sites can be arranged.
