Alexis is a wealth manager focused on supporting entrepreneurs, successful female leaders, and next-generation investors. She brings a modern, relationship-first approach to working with high-net-worth clients and founders, shaped by experience as chief of staff at Carta and as a member of the core management team at Bridgewater Associates. She began her career through a global wealth management graduate training program at UBS and has since built a practice at the intersection of finance, entrepreneurship, and community.
Alexis has advised and angel-invested in several companies, with a focus on diverse-led founders. She serves on the boards of the Robin Hood Foundation, Food Bank for NYC, Vital Voices Global Partnership, the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program, and the Boston College Alumni Association.

Mian Azmy received a bachelor of science in finance from the Carroll School of Management. He began his career in the JPMorgan equities sales and training program and joined the U.S. equities sales desk. Mian spent the next 24 years working at JPMorgan, spanning client coverage across institutional investors such as hedge funds, mutual funds, and sovereign wealth funds. He recently left JPMorgan to join the U.S. equity sales desk at Stifel. Mian resides in New York City with his wife and two daughters, ages 7 and 11. Mian currently serves on the executive committee for the AHANA Alumni Leadership Council for Boston College.

Kate Clifford-Toomey is managing director and chief operating officer, global banking and markets (GBM) at Scotiabank. Based in New York, she leads the teams and functions that support the bank’s GBM franchise, overseeing services including global wholesale operations, business risk management, strategy and transformation, data and AI initiatives, and regulatory efforts across capital markets, corporate, and investment banking.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Kate has led large-scale transformation, governance, and regulatory efforts across global banking organizations. Prior to joining Scotiabank, she served as chief operating officer for corporate risk at Wells Fargo, where she oversaw risk operations and enterprise transformation. Previously, she was chief operating officer for the Americas region at Deutsche Bank. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, J.P. Michael Davidson ’21

Michael Davidson is a real estate developer in New York City working for D&B Partners, LLC, a company based in Spokane, Washington. His work spans multifamily housing development, affordable housing finance, and land assemblage across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West.

As head of litigation for Kalshi, Jovy Dedaj manages the company’s nationwide docket of federal and state litigation. Kalshi is a federally regulated financial exchange and designated contract market (DCM) licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). It lists event contracts, among derivatives, which enable investors to trade on the outcomes of real-world occurrences like economic data, elections, and weather.
Emily Filangieri ’12

Emily Filangieri joined Citi in 2015 and is the senior vice president, global head of university relations. In this leadership position, Emily is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Citi’s engagement with universities, ensuring strong pipelines of early career talent across all business lines. Her work encompasses relationship management, program development, and strategic initiatives to attract top candidates to Citi.
Emily holds a BA in psychology and marketing from Boston College. She is passionate about talent acquisition, investing in early career staff, and developing future leaders. With a decade of experience at Citi, Emily has built a diverse and impactful career within human resources. Prior to her current role, she supported key divisions including treasury and trade solutions, client analytics, and capital markets. Emily’s earlier career includes experience as a legal recruiter at Winston & Strawn LLP.

Chris Hentemann ’90, P’23, ’28

Chris Hentemann organized and launched 400 Capital Management LLC (400CM) in October 2008. Chris is the managing partner and Chief Investment Officer of 400CM as well as the chair of the firm’s investment and executive committees. Prior to 400CM, Chris was head of global structured products at Bank of America Securities, where he led the strategy for lending, securitization, trading, sales, research, and the investment management of residential and commercial mortgage asset-backed securities, CLOs, tax and credit derivatives. Prior to joining BAS, Chris was vice president and a senior trader in residential mortgage securities, CMOs, and derivatives at Salomon Brothers Inc. Chris began his career at CS First Boston, where he was responsible for trading and structuring residential mortgage securities, CMOs, and derivatives. Chris serves on the executive committee for the Boston College Wall Street Business Leadership Council, and the board of directors for Domus Kids and the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation. Anna Kelleher is the chief financial officer of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining One Rock, Anna served as director of finance at the Riverside Company, where she was primarily responsible for Riverside’s flagship middle market buyout fund and its structured capital fund. Prior to the Riverside Company, Anna was a manager in Capital Source’s Corporate Finance Group.
Anna also held various corporate finance roles at AOL Time Warner and at Pfizer. She began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, where she was an assurance supervisor in the Financial Services Group.

Jonathan Rather is currently a senior advisor at the private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) after serving for 27 years as a general partner and member of the investment committee and management committee. With more than $35 billion under management, his responsibilities included portfolio/investment management, finance, financial reporting, investor relations, and managing the firm’s overall operations. Previously, he spent 14 years with the Goelet Investment Office, serving as chief operating officer and chief financial officer, and he currently serves on the Goelet Investment Advisory Committee. Prior to Goelet, Jon spent three years with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has been involved with several charitable organizations focused on education and community outreach, including over 25 years of service as treasurer, executive committee, and board member of Domus, which assists more than 1,500 underserved and underrepresented youths and their families in Stamford, Connecticut. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College and a master’s degree in taxation from Pace University. He also serves on the Evercore ISI Management Committee and steers the logistics for the Evercore ISI Investment Policy Committee.

Daniel “Dan” Tonkovich ’13

Dan Tonkovich is vice president of portfolio company operations and transformations at Blue Owl Capital, where he is focused on operational improvements and value creation across Blue Owl’s portfolio of investments.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Dan spent over a decade as a senior management consultant at A.T. Kearney and Deloitte, where he teamed with company executives and financial sponsors on growth strategy, corporate development (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and ventures), and operational transformation projects for private equity–backed portfolio companies and Fortune 100 enterprises.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest (near Portland, Oregon), Dan started his career in New York City after graduating from the Carroll School of Management. In 2019, he also earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a private equity fellow.
While at BC, Dan was highly active in student life. Among other involvements, he was senior editor for The Heights, an ambassador for the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics and a graduate of its Jenks Leadership Program, a council member for the Shaw Leadership Program, a Kairos retreat leader, a Campus Ministry service trip participant to Brazil, an undergraduate research fellow, and a member of the intramural football team.
Dan is an active BC alum, passionate about advancing the University’s mission and providing the same beneficial mentorship he received as a student.
