Welcome, Endowed Scholars!
Each year, Boston College awards millions of dollars in need-based grants and scholarships to eligible undergraduates. Eligibility for Boston College grants and scholarships is determined based on the student’s demonstrated institutional need. Benefactors to the University can fund a portion of these scholarship grants through donor-established scholarships.
As a recipient of financial aid, you may be eligible to be paired with one or more financial aid scholarship fund(s) during any given academic year.

BC is required to send annual reports to named scholarship donors about the students they support. These reports consist of firsthand student writing, submitted via this portal:

Your participation and letter submission does not result in additional funding to your pre-existing financial aid package, and in no way impacts decisions about your financial aid package, which is managed by the Financial Aid Office.
