City Connects receives GHR Foundation award

The GHR Foundation recently awarded $1,000,000 to the City Connects program for an expansion of the education intervention into seven urban Catholic schools in the Twin Cities, where the program will address the in- and out-of-school factors that impact students' academic, social-emotional, family, and physical well-being.
