Program Cost and Discounts
The total cost for the 2024 Ever to Excel program is $700, which includes a $100 non-refundable deposit.

*Please note that applicants accepted to the program are required to make a non-refundable $100 deposit in order to confirm their spot in the program.
Types of Discounts and Financial Assistance
Ever to Excel is now offering a 10% Early Bird Discount for students who apply within the first three weeks of the application opening.
Applicants applying for the Early Bird Discount will be asked to fill in the Promo Code EXCEL10 in the Promo Code box on the application.

Ever to Excel now offers a 10% discount off the program for students applying through an organized high school or parish group.
Groups must include five or more students with one adult group organizer from the school or parish.
If you're interested in organizing a school or parish group, please email everexcel@bc.edu to schedule a preliminary phone call with our staff.
If the program cost is a significant barrier to you or your loved one, please know that limited need-based financial assistance is available.
If you wish to be considered for financial assistance, there is an additional Financial Assistance Request Form for you to complete.
How to Apply for Financial Assistance
After submitting an application to the program, the applicant will receive access to their Application Status Portal. On the Status Portal page, applicants may select that they would like to request financial assistance. If YES, the applicant will be asked to briefly describe the natural of the financial hardship.
Applicants who are accepted to the program will receive their offer of Financial Assistance at the time of acceptance decision.
